Another bathroom with a large walk-in shower can be reached via the hallway. The other two bedrooms on the first floor can accommodate another 5 guests. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed in the living room, which can also accommodate two people. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a kitchen and dining room

Our fully equipped & spacious cottage (no fitters!) offers you peace and quiet on 96 to 145m². The partly modernized semi-detached house is suitable for up to 7 people, the living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is one of the 2 bathrooms (with bathtub), the kitchen, the living/dining area and the partly covered, 40m² terrace. The 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with shower are located on the 1st floor. More information on our website as well.

Townhouse at 3borders region D/L/F; private house

The house is located in Perl-Büschdorf, directly on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. 10 km from the Luxembourg, 2 km from the French border. I live in the house, but am absent when renting it out, with evtl. the exception of arrival and departure day. Space is normaly for 2 adults/couple with children or 2 couples. There are 2 beds of 1.40 m each. I will clean the house beforehand and make up the beds. However, if you expect clinical cleanliness, this is not the place for you.

The house is on two floors: kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower/toilet are located on the first floor, the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The house has a free parking space.
