What makes a good chalet

Beautiful and charming cottage located in the backyard of my house (it is on a nice street, in a region with all amenities nearby). The space is simple but cozy, cheerful and welcoming. It is a family environment and I wish to receive only people from outside BH, who come for a tour or work and wish to stay in a family home. The cottage is equipped with basic items and allows independence but is in the backyard of my house. I'll always be available when you need me!
