Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

Good and large apartment, ideal for a family as there are two bedrooms. A little outside, but the S-Bahn line 8 is right next door, with which you can easily get to the center. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped and there was no picture on the wall, which hurt the coziness. In the beginning, two blinds didn't work. But they were repaired asap. Good communication and help. Recommended due to the location to the S-Bahn and other tranquility!!!

if you are looking to book a stay near rome airport, then book this property without second thought. it's only 10 mins away from airport 2-3 mins you will get grocery stores, beach is just walking steps away and dedicated parking spot.

It was absolutely fantastic, from the friendly welcome to the uncomplicated departure. Giovanni was always available and took care of it directly. The surroundings in Nettuno could offer more, but this has nothing to do with this great apartment. Also recommended is the pizzeria in the same house! Otherwise, the beach and train station are easily accessible. Absolutely recommended on our part

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). The apartment was super nicely decorated and very chic. We felt very comfortable.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect location for a trip to Rome. 3-minute walk to the beach. Fantastic and cosy apartment, nice furniture style, great terrace with a nice sea view. Although Daniela doesn’t speak English, communication with her was quick via Airbnb application, she was very responsive and proactive. Highly recommended for everyone.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular house just like the pictures! Super comfort, super hygiene in both the bedroom and the bathroom! The hospitality of Erika's parents was really the best, they showed me everything precisely, the best places and how to get around If you come to the Rome area and want to stay just outside, I highly recommend this property!
