Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Simona and Federica, two extremely friendly and helpful sisters. We stayed in this beautiful home for a few days and couldn't have asked for better. The house is spacious, one of a kind and very well cared for in every detail, better than in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room comfortable and cozy, the outdoor spaces are a gem and with an amazing view. The area is quiet and easily accessible. We highly recommend it to those looking for comfort, tranquility and impeccable hospitality!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Wonderful!!! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and then there is really everything! I found the coffee, the salt, the oil, the bags already in the recycling bins. I've always had to provide in other places and it's never been easy. The house is very clean, comfortable, spacious, surrounded by greenery and peace but close to all the attractions of the area. The veranda is a gem along with the rocking chair that faces nature. Anna and family are exceptional. They pampered us and made us feel at home. The tart and donut they gave us for breakfast were very good!!! All this with a very limited cost! I hope to visit them again soon and I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

The owner was friendly and quick to respond The surrounding area is quiet, and you can have great scenery and meals just a short drive away. I had a problem with the car during my stay and the owner called my friends to fix it Thank you so much. I tried to repay you. The owner didn't want I was just relieved that it was solved. I was relieved. I've been to many countries on Airbnb, but I was the best landlord I'll remember it for the rest of my life.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Lella’s place was a perfect solution for our group of four, with two medium dogs and a little baby. The villino I’m not huge but there was enough space for everyone and it was really well equipped. We loved the secluded garden for the dogs and the easy parking on the road. If visiting Pescasseroli again we will definitely be back! Grazie Signora Lella ♥️

I can only recommend this place, clean, comfortable 5 minutes by car from Sabaudia and close to various amenities. Giuseppe has always been Super available both as comsigkiiitili and for every need, from the parking in front of the house to the use of the private garden to the barbecue in the garden. He offered us free bikes to get around. Great point to visit the surrounding area or as in our case to follow the canoeing competitions. Thank you so much, and I'll see you soon.
