Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Modern, newly built cottage of 45 sqm with a sleeping loft of 22 sqm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen equipment. About 100 meters to swimming at small gravel/sandy beach and cliffs. Nice areas for swimming, fishing, hiking, mushroom and berry picking. Free fishing in Lake Vänern. Not included bed linen and towels, can be booked for SEK 150/person subject to time. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1500, subject to time.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum at the edge of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old fishing industry and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Vänern.

Take the chance to rent a light and fresh holiday house with a fantastic viewover the small private beach and lake. Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

The proximity to the beloved lake Ömmeln allows you to see the lake from all bedrooms in the house. The house is built with harmony in back tanks, for relaxing and socializing. Private beach and hot tubs for swimming. If you want to go out and explore the lake, there are two canoes. On the sun deck, you can enjoy long summer evenings with food and drink.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
