Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

Karlstad city center is 8 km away, and a shopping center with grocery store is just 5 km from the property. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the Vassvikarna, you can get both perch, roach, stare and big pike. With a small plastic dinghy you can get a little way out into the bay of Lake Vänern and if you have a kayak with you, it is easy to put in. You can also swim from piney mountains in the bay. At Värmlandsnäs located in the middle of Sweden's largest freshwater lake, Lake Vänern, the wildlife is rich. In Annebergsviken there are plenty of different kinds of birds.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
