Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sagadahoc County

We had such a magical stay here! We have been coming to Popham Beach for years, and Jennifer’s place was such a clean, comfortable, and cozy place. Easy access to the beach for walks and a wonderful place to snuggle up during the passing rain storms. We had a great time, and would definitely come back!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space and beds for our large group. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for everyone to eat and play games together. Great location with so many things to do, not too far away. Looking forward to enjoying this spot again.

We love Harpswell and Timothy's home is a real gem. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. We had a great week--we especially enjoyed kayaking. Timothy was so friendly and answered all my questions. We hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Woolwich. There is a peaceful nature vibe to the house and a beautiful view and location. The Bald Eagles live in a tree right on the edge of the backyard and were visible numerous times during our stay. The location to various towns and locations in Maine is convenient.

Spacious, good kitchen, wonderful game room and activities. Kate is seems to be responsive and accommodating!

Chip's "Crow's Nest" is a one-of-a-kind gem. Our whole group could not stop talking about how much we loved the place, how we'd be thrilled to have a house like this, and how we can't wait to come back. The property was undeniably perfect for our stay. Even though we got rained out, the "Crow's Nest" had everything we could want. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and anytime we needed something, we just had to turn around and there it was. Chip was a life saver with the quality and attention to detail in his ability to host-- we felt so comfortable. So much was available to us and it really felt like staying with an old family friend who wanted us to there. Any time I had a question, Chip was able to answer it right away. He is knowledgeable (read his guidebook), kind, and generous. This century-old home is beautiful, well loved, and absolutely worth the trip. The "Crow's Nest" deserves to be treated with all the respect in your heart. It was an absolutely incredible stay.

Loved our stay, so quiet in the woods. The house was very clean and spacious just what we wanted. So very well equipped, everything you needed in just the right place. The indoor fountain was so pleasant to hear, top notch all around.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie’s place. Great set up for family stay - plenty of room , comfortable beds , super clean , had all needed supplies and also had gates for stairs booster seat and portable crib if needed. We especially loved the bonus family room with a wonderful Maine vibe . We had 2 dogs with us and the large , partially fenced backyard was perfect. The location was ideal - the neighborhood is quiet and there is a large park with playground and pathways at its center. It is also easily walkable (15-20 minutes) to Bowdoin and Brunswick center which has many wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops including one of the best used book stores I’ve ever been to. Brunswick is ideally located for exploring Mid Coast Maine. Bath is a 10 minute drive and the tip of Harpswell was only about a 25 minute drive. Also close by is the Maine Botanical Gardens with the amazing huge troll sculptures .

We were happy at Micheal and Karens airbnb. The bed was comfy and soft. Everything was clean and free of dust. It was cozy. The parking was big. I really liked the thrift corner. Such a good idea. I spent some fun time looking over everything for a souvenir to purchase to take home. We would surely go back.

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

We had a great time here, beautiful place, well-equipped. Very clean and comfortable, I loved the plants both inside and out. Hot water came up quickly, didn't run out, and the shower was strong. Used the kitchen for breakfasts and some dinners - had a tea kettle, coffee pot, and pans/knives/cutting boards - all the comforts of home. Central location, and the loaner State Park pass was great! One day we visited Portland and Two Lights State Park to the south, another we went to Georgetown and Reid State Park to the north. Walking distance to restaurants in pretty downtown Bath, and the neighborhood was quiet. There's a thorough guest book with recommendations and ideas of things to do, and Erika was quick to respond when I asked for a good place to buy oysters/seafood. Pretty yard, even in Oct some plants blooming. I enjoyed sitting on the deck to read in the sunshine. We hope to come back here to stay, very happy with the experience - comfortable and homey.

Boo and Jonathan’s place is the definition of “the perfect air bnb”. This place truly felt like home - it was well designed, inviting, and charming. The small details (such as the delicious homemade pumpkin bread), the cozy blankets, fresh flowers and binder of local recommendations were all noticed and appreciated. We had the most wonderful stay - thank you!

What a fantastic place to stay! Just minutes from downtown Brunswick with gons of shopping and great food. The apartment was spotless, easy to get into, and plenty of off-street parking. everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay at Emilys airbnb was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and spotless, the location, the proximity to family and downtown, and the fact that breakfast is provided is a PLUS ! Emily is one of the friendliest hosts I have ever encountered. I'm only sorry the survey only allows five stars ! We're already booked to return in a few weeks!

We had an excellent stay. Both check-in & check-out were a breeze. It was amazingly quiet & the bed was super comfortable. The apartment was light & bright even on cloudy days. We loved the location, easily walkable to cafés & restaurants, a big supermarket, & the train station. We did the nearby Androscoggin Riverwalk each day. We especially enjoyed Frosty's Donuts, the Broadway Delicatessen, & the wine shop Vessel & Vine. Though we didn't meet Spencer (maybe next time!), he's an excellent communicator who responded immediately to all of my messages. Thank you, & we hope to return!

Rob's apartment in Wiscasset was a perfect spot during our weeklong stay in Maine! The apartment is cosy, and Wiscasset is perfectly situated to allow you to explore the coast of Maine. Rob is a fantastic host, as well: communication was so speedy and always helpful.

This space is perfect for a quiet getaway or a landing place for an adventure in Harpswell. The hosts are communicative (but not overbearing!) and the place is clean and well furnished without being cluttered. Thanks so much!
