Cave vacation rentals in Sahara Desert

We had a lovely ten days in Finca Isabel. The studio is convenient, well arranged, quiet. Everything is provided to facilitate the daily life of tourists arriving by plane: bath towels that can be used at the pool or beach, towel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, salt, oil etc. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool, even if the water was still cool this season. Lanzarote is a wonderful island: art, landscapes, beaches, viewpoints, volcanoes, food, wine, nothing is missing. Mozaga, where the property is located, is conveniently located for exploring the star island. Thank you for your hospitality and an unforgettable stay!

Rustic, very secluded cave. In the middle of nature, no human soul far and wide. Adventurous to reach, light suitcases are recommended ;-) the cave is surrounded by massive rock. Manuel was always available and very helpful.

This is the second time I stay in this amazing place! The house, the mountains, the scenery, the quietness! Absolute bliss! 🥰 Helena is easy to comunicate with. Clear instructuons on how to get there. House was clean and fully equipped. If you like cats you might get company. We were prepared and brought some treats for them. 😊🐈 I warmly recommend Helenas house! 🌺

Everything was spotless, even where you don't normally look. The apartment is super nice. Because it is half built into the rock, it is also pleasantly cool when it is hot outside. The view from the terrace is AMAZING.

Fatma greeted us. Gave us a tour of the place and provided explanations about everything we needed. The place was clean, cozy, tidy and pampering. Ambiance. Was available throughout the stay for any question and need. We arrived with our welcome dog. The complex is spacious and cozy.

The house is perfect for enjoying the village and its surroundings. You can walk to the basic amenities. Artenara is a unique environment and the house allows you to enjoy it with all amenities.

Clean and original home. It's spacious and there's nothing missing. The welcome was very nice. The extraordinary view and very quiet. Small downside: we were only aware when we arrived on a Sunday at the end of the day that no restaurant would be open in Artenara or even a shop. Provide food before arrival or drive for more than 30 minutes. Luckily Pepe arranged a meal for us with the cheese shop next door!

An absolutely beautiful quiet place, in painstaking nature, with no direct neighbors. It deserved the few miles of climb from the sea. Spacious and well-equipped accommodation with a splendid terrace. Our hostess was fantastic. An experience that we would highly recommend.

The place is really perfect! I really liked the concept. The place is amazingly decorated and the bathtub completes the romantic experience of the place. Shmuel was an amazing host and really went way above and beyond with going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. He also is extremely communicative with any question you might have. The tzimmer(villa) was the perfect place for my wife and I and our 2 kids. It’s in the heart of the old city and a really nice place. Would definitely recommend to anyone and give it a 5 star.

Being a world traveller, Baptiste's knowledge and generosity has created a magnicent retreat in an idyllic valley, filling every need. Sleeping in the dark womb of the cave leads to a deep slumber. Finca de los Poetas is a remarkable haven for those wishing to experience the heart of this gorgeous island.

We had a lovely week staying in the Cave of the Cat. Once we got there, it was very peaceful, the view was amazing, and Juan Carlos very friendly and helpful. We recommend that someone in couple who rents be a very good driver as the property is down a very steep road and up a driveway. In general, the roads on that part of Gran Canaria require a solid driver, but the natural beauty and peace are worth the effort. There are local restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best parts of this part of the island is very few people who aren't residents, so you really get to experience the community. We ate at home all of the nights as it was a lovely spot and the kitchen was very accessible. A very nice location for a real getaway.

The Hide-out we’ve been looking for! We will definitely come here again if and when it suits our travelplans. What an experience, wow! A fairytale-like accommodation on the side of the mountain, completely embedded in lush greenery. Very tastefully decorated and furnished room and cozy outdoor area. Clean and fresh to the highest standard and also a little fridge in the room! Ángel really excelled as an AirBnB host and took very good care of us during our stay. Quick to respond when we had any questions before arrival and gave good tips on excursions/hiking trails. In the kitchen he showed skills and served breakfasts that were like dreams, all accompanied by breathtaking views of the ravine. We were also able to pre-order very delicious dinners at a reasonable cost. That said, we have stayed in many places throughout our 30-year travel/vacation history, but La Cueva Ángel B&B is clearly on the podium and deserves several return visits! nice place if you love the moutain and want to be far from the city noise.

We only spent a very brief but fantastic time at ‘Castillo Lanzarote’, staying in Villa Bentley’ Check in/out was very simple with very clear instructions but do be aware this delightful villa is located on the side of a steep hill so has many steps and different levels to it which I think bring it wonderful character but not ideal for those with mobility issues. The villa itself is very beautifully and cleverly laid out over numerous levels, built literally into the side of the hill. The pool is a much welcomed dip on a hot day and with its stunning views down to the coast, is fantastic. The villa has all the amenities you need with the surprise welcome of a dishwasher as we cooked a few meals ‘at home’. We had a hire car which was very handy as the villa is situated around 15 mins drive from the main (and if I’m honest, rather grotty) Puerto del Carmen. I would personally suggest exploring nearby Playa Blanca/Costa Teguise and Puerto Calero.

Wonderful stay. Very quiet and peaceful, nice to be out of the city. Unique design and spotless house. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Nina was wonderful showing us around, making sure we had all the information we needed. The place was beautiful and the area was quiet and private, but just minutes away from downtown. Having an elevator and washer/dryer was super helpful. Would definitely return, or check out one of Marc’s other properties. Great stay!!
