Very clean house and as advertised. The host accommodated us by letting us in a little early. Thank you so much!

We were going to a provincial ski group at the nearby St-Mathieu resort. Perfect for large families or friends who need to come together.

Our group had an excellent stay at Etienne’s home. The home was large and accommodating for our needs with enough parking for two trucks and a truck and 25ft trailer. We can’t thank Dan (neighbour) enough for all his help during our stay!

What a lovely stay at this lovely house on the waterfront! The beach is great and the place is very clean and big .

The sunsets alone made this a very enchanting place

Overall, we had a great stay at this rustic house with a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River, and the location was perfect for our group of 8. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the tranquility of the area most of the time. Unfortunately, one week night, the hostel located was 2 doors down had a very loud party that went on past 3 a.m., which did make it hard to sleep. Additionally, communication with the host was minimal - we were lucky to have left a day early, as we found out the key drop-off location was going to be closed on the day we were supposed to check out. Despite these two minor details, the property itself was lovely, and we had an enjoyable stay.

We were completely charmed by the Maison du Coq! It is an ancestral house completely renovated. There is plenty of storage, the kitchen and bathrooms are very well equipped and the place is impeccably clean. We warmly recommend this place of rest and return to its roots. Thanks to our hosts for their warm welcome. Your caramel is divine! We will be back, for sure!

We stayed here for 3 days during the winters and we loved it all! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is beautiful and the living/dining room is large. And what to say about the view - a real magic! We'll go back in the future, sure!
