A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Independent cottage

30 m² cottage, completely independent within our property and located in the heart of the village. It is equipped with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Nespresso coffee machine and SodaStream 160 cm double bed Close to Serrant Castle. Downtown Angers 20 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Loire Trail is nearby. Don't miss the Savennières vineyards, a few kilometers away, where you can taste delicious local wines.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting, set with oaks and ash trees, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a pond.
