Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Arguably the best kept secret on the island. Truly amazing view over Gustavia harbour, the yachts, the parties, and city lights— and without the buzzy traffic noise on the other side. We could leave the car and walk to Bonito, L’Isola, Petite Plage, Bagatelle, in under a 2 mins (5 min drive to Sella, or Nikki & NAO). Fantastic hosts with immediate response time. For 30 years we’ve always stayed in a private villa — but the convenience and view of this location will bring us back!

This was our 4th stay at Casa Dolores and definitely won’t be our last! Every stay seems to get even better. Such a magical place!

Villa Lagoon is lovely! The location is spectacular - a 3-minute walk to Grand Cul de Sac beach and Ti Corail fish shack (8:30 am they start making espresso drinks for the locals - nothing like drinking your coffee on the beach!), and St Barthelemy Hotel & Spa. The house and yard are large and private. It's an extremely comfortable set-up with lots of privacy. There's no air conditioning in the communal space (kitchen and living room get warm but there are ceiling fans), the ac is only in the bedrooms, but it works well and we slept comfortably. The pool small pool is heated and wonderful for a morning or evening dip. Delphine was extremely responsive and gracious. A truly wonderful place to call home while you are on St. Barths!

Great surf bungalow out in Toiny. Nice two bedrooms with a great pool. Host was very responsive and helpful. Not the most equipped but great for the price. Super peaceful and would stay again.

Excellent experience! Place was beautiful, very comfortable, well decorated, modern and stunning views. Elodie was a great host! Amazing bungalow, beautifully present! Has everything you need

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. I would like to start by saying we didn’t know the Airbnb wasn’t walkable but our host was amazing and helpful. We were willing to talk the hills to our Airbnb the night we arrived but Azilis was kind enough to pick us up. It wasn’t expected but we were incredibly grateful. I will know for next time! The place was secluded and perfect for what I was looking for. The outdoors merged with indoor, I felt like I was on vacation. 10/10

I cannot say enough about my stay. Florence was so gracious to assist us from the time we landed at the airport until the time we departed. The space exceeded our expectations and was more gorgeous than we imagined. We were fully stocked with everything from basic necessities (from tissue to mosquito spray). It is clear that we was very thoughtful in planning our stay. The location is ideal and even allowed for us to walk to the main hub of Gustavia (a bit of exercise of course🙂). I would certainly stay again if given the opportunity.

We loved our stay at Bryan’s place in St Jean. It was as described, clean and in a great location. The place is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. You can hear music at night but it didn’t bother us at all. Bryan was very responsive and helpful. Great communication with instructions for easy check in and out. We would be happy to stay again. Thank you Bryan!

The pool ,sun beds and situation were perfect ,our only suggestion would be to the cooking area ,otherwise we were extremely comfortable with good air con and comfy bed . Thank you Viviiene !

It's not easy to find a place in Nikki Beach/St Jean and this has both a fabulous view over the beach, Eden Roc and the entire bay. There is parking which is critical and while it is a step hill to walk up and 60 steps to the unit, it's well worth it. If you that sort of climb might be difficult, this may not be your choice but we really enjoyed the setting and convenience. The bathroom for the master is downstairs, which was not a problem for us but you should be aware of that as well. The unit is modern and spotless, great desk/work area if you need it, small living room with the view and the adjoining deck with the view. We will definitely be back, just loved being there!

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

Very clean and very accessible area. About 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the port to visit Anguilla. There is a mini supermarket around. A mall walkable by 12 minutes, and bakeries too and a mini downtown area. The bnb itself is very clean, the neighbors are very polite as well. Harry is very helpful and super responsive. Would stay again. Good space for a couple, 2 friends, and great and safe for solo. I felt very safe. Thanks Harry

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like a beach front condo. Perfect location, amazing space. We had a hiccup at the beginning and it was fixed immediately. They responded right away to any of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve visited St. Maarten many times via cruise ship but decided for a weeklong vacation stay in Simpson Bay, any AirBnb and we were not disappointed. Simpson Bay beach area was convenient to airport, roads, beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed arching the plans take off, but honestly we’re not able to hear them. The stay was perfect with 4th floor views of the ocean bay that were amazing every time of the day. Arrival and checking in was easy and they met us at car rental so we did not get lost. The condo was suited to the tee with many amenities inside and out, with a great pool area too. Highly recommended!
