Absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed. After a long year I just wanted to relax with an amazing view and this place fit the bill. Clean, peaceful, awesome 180 degree view of the ocean. What more can you ask for. I will stay here again and again every time I come to St. Martin. Thank you Sash, for your beautiful accommodations!!!!!

The time I spent in St. Maartin was life changing! It made me realize it's more to life. There's so much joy beauty living!!! St. Maartin and the ppl in St. Maartin made me feel at home. We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood the apartment is located on the second floor so we also enjoyed the sunset and the view There is a pool right at the exit of the room, we will definitely stay here again

Leonard, Max and Chelsea are the best Team I have ever dealt with. They were very polite, professional, responsive and helpful with everything. They made a big difference in our stay. The property was perfect on all aspects. I highly recommend them and will most certainly contact them again on my next stay.

Villa on the Rock was a great spot on St Barth. It's beautiful, with great views and within a short drive to many beaches, towns and great shopping. At the villa, we were very comfortable, and we loved the shower and the private outdoor space by the pool overlooking Flamands beach. Chris was very quick to respond and helped us with household needs. There is space to park and places within walking distance as well. Would certainly come back to Villa on the Rock!

A great stay in St Barth in this very cozy and peaceful accommodation, offering a qualitative service that is closer to the hotel room. Located in the center of the island, this makes it a strategic point to discover this slice of paradise. As for my host, I warmly thank him for his hospitality, kindness, help and availability throughout the stay. I'll be happy to come back to this beautiful island!

I absolutely loved Marie’s place. We are a small family of 3 and the size is spacious and large. It has views that are to die for, a beautiful pool, insanely comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and much much more. Highly recommend this place and we will be back. It’s pristine clean and the staff is so friendly. A gem in St Barth!

Villa Rose was the ideal base for our stay in St Barth's. 5 minutes drive from the airport and Gustavia, supermarkets and Nikki Beach, Eden Rock etc. We look forward to staying again x

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

We have stayed in a number of different apartments in the Orient Village area over the last 20 years, and this was definitely our favorite. The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped and very comfortable, and the back patio area was a perfect and peaceful place to begin and end our day. The beach is just a three minute walk away, as are the Orient Village restaurants and shops, making the location very convenient. The added bonus was Priscilla, who met us on arrival, answered any questions we had, stayed in touch throughout our stay, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We definitely hope to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The highlight for me was the beautiful balcony, where I enjoyed my morning coffee with a lovely view. It was a wonderful stay at French kiss this week. Christine was helpful! The location is wonderful, right next to the beach and a short walk to the Orient bay plaza and shops. It’s very liveable and comfortable and you can’t beat the view. We loved this place and hope to be back!

Amazing host & Amazing place

Lovely location! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Felt very homey and comfortable, it was perfect. The view was amazing and made the hill up 100% worth it. You really get used to the drive after the first time. There's an amazing beach called Great Bay Beach right near by and a great on the beach restaurant called Eat Something. Ask for Lenny if you want to eat and rent chairs there, he's the best!

Very cozy and comfortable accommodation. We had a wonderful stay and Stephanie and Stephane do everything to make it unforgettable. Partnerships with beach clubs and everything you need to discover the island . In short, very good choice , you won't be disappointed!
