Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

Beautifully and cosy studio apartment annex in the garden of our main house, within walking distance of Charlestown harbour and many beaches, the perfect base to explore St Austell Bay. The Studio Gallery is compact, charming and full of character, showcasing art from Cornish artists. Complete with day bed that becomes a Super-King bed, off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor area with a firepit. Equally perfect for coastal ramblers, or those looking to relax in Poldark's home county.

Our annex is a modern barn conversion linked to our main house. It's close to public transport, beaches, pubs, the Eden Project, the historic harbours of Charlestown, Fowey and restaurants. Newquay airport is 30 minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust properties, walking and cycling trails are all close by. Our place is in a quiet location with a level garden and wooded setting. It's good for couples with friends and families with older children. Choose twins or double beds.

The Old Chapel is a unique property. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and WC. The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. Our Chapel is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes drive away from the Port of Charlestown where Poldark is filmed and Tall Ships are usually docked. This light and airy accommodation is attached to our family home (you may hear us from time to time), with the convenience of private parking, private entrance and private courtyard, overlooking the lawn. It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.
