Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint Clair

The room was quite new and well-equipped. However, the location description was not accurate — it actually takes about 15 minutes on the highway to reach Dunedin, as the property is located in a nearby small town, not in Dunedin itself.

Clean and inviting apartment within walking distance of CBD and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Edward was very responsive to all queries.

Comfy and clean, had everything we needed for a great 2 night stay. Well stocked kitchen and the kids were impressed with the size of the TV! Easy access to the city for all the attractions and places to eat - The Best Cafe was a great find for gluten free fish and chips! Thanks for having us :)

Extremely convenient location right in the middle of Dunedin. Lovely to be there during the holiday season for shopping and festive atmosphere. This was our second multi-week stay at this property and we highly recommend it.

The apartment was very clean with new furniture and new kitchen/bathroom, which was fantastic. The walk wasn't as 'flat' as I thought it would be (I guess it's all relative though, especially in hilly Dunedin!). The description of a fully stocked kitchen 'to ensure the comforts of home' was a little bit inaccurate as there was not much other than tea, coffee, sugar (for example, no paper towels, no plastic storage containers etc). The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable for my family of 4, however the sofa was only big enough for 2 adults. It was missing some finishing touches like a rug in the living area, cushions, throw blankets, hall stands etc. All that said, it was a nice apartment, just not as cosy or homely as some of the others I've stayed in while in NZ.

Christine’s place was excellent for us, convenient for getting to our locations. No parking at the location, but easy enough to park on the street. Christine was very nice, we didn’t need anything from her but it would have been easy if we had.

What a view. Loved the location of the house. Convenient to everything. I got an excellent workout walking up the stairs. House was super cozy especially with the big fireplace. I would def return. Had a small issue with wifi but got that sorted.

Great stay, will choose the same one again next time

We loved our stay at Kerri's house. The house was perfect for our needs - comfortable and a home away from home. So great to find a place where our family, including dog Jack and baby Stormi, could all be together, relax and cook a meal. Kerri was great, check-in was seamless, and she even let us check in early (which was so appreciated as we were in Dunedin to be with family after the death of a family member). Would highly recommend Kerri's house and will definitely be staying again!

This place was surprisingly quiet at night despite its very central location which was great for a good nights sleep. Brilliant that it comes with secure parking so it's very easy to walk down George Street to all the shops and restaurants. Super comfortable couches and beds and the shower was brilliant. Love the fitout and decor. Neil had the place cozy and warm when we got there and left some treats which were much appreciated by the kids. We will be back.

One of the best equipped bnbs we have stayed at, after experiencing almost a hundred all over the world It is actually a gem in Dunedin for the following reasons: - fabulous environment; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - quiet and reclusive, but easily accessible on foot to supermarkets and restaurants; - Responsive host; - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

Nicole's place was a lovely heritage residence to stay at, and she was super efficient in notifying us that we'd left something behind upon checking out. Our only grumble would be the smaller shower in which some of our taller/stocky members found hard to manoeuvre.

Gorgeous property with amazing views and incredible garden. Cozy and clean space with very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic stay! We were in town for a conference and came from a city where the weather was horrendous. Helen had the heat pumps on and the house was lovely and warm when we arrived. The beds were made so well, I can be a fussy sleeper but I slept soooo well! The water pressure in the shower is very strong and the kitchen has everything you could need. Thank you Helen & family for your thoughtful hospitality.

The apartment is in a beautiful old heritage building - quite grand! The unique bedroom felt like you were in Paris - stunning architecture and a comfy bed with quality bedding. Great view - the apartment has everything you need. For a special weekend away this is the place.
