In the opinion of the people hosted: ideal for a romantic weekend or simply a business trip. Recently renovated independent studio of 20 m2 in the basement of the main house, with independent entrance (bedroom and private bathroom). The studio has no kitchenette. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from Tours city center, 15 minutes by bike. 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Logement 2 pièces avec chambre séparée et canapé lit. Logement en sous-pente (attention aux gens très grands = + d'1m85). Remise des clés par boîte à clés sur place, arrivée autonome. Arrivée à partir de 19h et départ à 13h le jour du départ. Proche du tram. 5 min du centre-ville en tram, 15-20 min à pied, 10 min en voiture. Nuisances sonores possibles. Note : il faut se doucher assis dans la baignoire car difficile de se doucher debout avec la sous-pente.
