This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

With its fireplace and balcony overlooking the valley, the Petite Maison, located in the heart of the fortified and pedestrian village, is decorated with period objects and furniture. This unique place is composed of the cottage, a 17th century mill (still in operation), our house and a barn. The whole is surrounded by 4 hectares of meadows and forest.
