Ideally located between north / south, near exit A39 (Soirans), quiet, 20 minutes from Dijon, you will be welcome to the cottage of 3 rivers in Burgundy.Situation ideal for business trips, stops north / south or tourist stays. My cottage of 70m2 can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby, in the DRC one finds the kitchen opened on living room, the bathroom, TOILET, buanderie and sauna. On the 1st, a beautiful room for 4 people that can be separated into 2 spaces. Terrace, private parking and garden
“We had an overnight stay here which was perfect in every way. The beds were very comfortable, it was warm ( we travelled in January) quiet and extremely homely. Even the dog got a welcome biscuit! We’ve used air b and bs all over the world and can honestly say this was the most home from home experience we have had. We just wished we could have stayed longer! The Gite was spotless and had everything we needed. Great communication beforehand and during our stay. Close to Dijon only a 30 minute drive away so a good stop off before the 4pm check-in and well worth a visit. Aldi was a 5 minute drive for essentials and a pleasant village with a bakery you could walk to. There’s a washing machine and a dryer if you need it (we didn’t so can’t comment on it’s efficiency) and even a sauna (again didn’t get to use it!) Spacious shower room and a great little annex area for coats, muddy boots etc so useful if you’ve got a dog with you. The garden was lovely too and felt secure behind the electric gate. Highly recommend a stay here. A huge thank you to to the lovely hosts.”
