Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint John

The view makes this home stand out above all the other places. The large windows offer a panoramic view of the water and its cozy seating areas provide ample space to take it all in and enjoy the company you brought with you. The kitchen had great cooking options as well as extra spices that you might forget. This home is so unique and lovely. Kevin was a very responsive host and helped us work through any issues that we had along the way. I would definitely recommend this home.

Erika is a wonderful host. She communicated with her cleaner and allowed us to check in early, as soon as the cleaner was done. The house is very cozy, beautifully decorated and well lit. All the amenities were at our disposable and it was evident that she put an emphasis on attention to detail, from the step stool to better access the tub, to the rods to help raise and lower the blinds. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying again.

Cody's place was great! We had more than enough room for everyone and everything we needed to have a great week while away working The games room was great for the guys to blow off some steam from working . We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thanks for having us Cody..it was great!

A fantastic location and a beautiful cottage. We felt right at home. The kitchen is modern and well appointed and the living area is comfortable and cozy. The lakefront is superb. We enjoyed the fall colours, campfires and kayaking. A brilliant place to spend some time with family. Very comfortable beds and Krista is a welcoming and responsive host. Five stars - no question!

I had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and we were extremely impressed. the price was very affordable, so we were skeptical, but RETAIN surprised up in the best way possible. it was just what we needed. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the porch watching the geese really hit the spot. I felt right at home and even though I lost my phone on this vacation... RETAIN gave me a reason to forget that and just be happy in the moment. I will recommend this place forever.

Jen and Rob were fantastic hosts very friendly, kind, and always available to help or answer any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. My friends and I had a great time staying with them, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would highly recommend!

No misleading. There is no misleading or concealment. The host is honestly showing the situation of the room. It will never appear here to disguise the basement on the first floor of the guest to mislead the benefit of the guest. In Jim's first floor suite room, you just book, once you check in, you will definitely not regret it.The suite is very new, the host even prepared sugar, salt, butter, condiments, etc. Fully equipped with cutlery, tableware, cups and bowls, the bed is very comfortable, the hot water shower is quick and powerful, it is totally a place to bring your luggage.Fresh air, riverside walks, I miss staying at Jim's suite and highly recommend Jim's suite. AlRBNB is recommended to recommend hosts like Jim, and need to be clear and honest about the room provided by other hosts. Is it the basement, the first floor, the second floor, the whole bathroom and kitchen, whether it's the main transportation road or the small road, quiet or car noise, it must be marked in the standard format to avoid misleading guests. -----  You had a great stay at Jim's place? We felt right at home. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds where comfortable and the view from the many windows was great. Kate and Pat are very quick to respond to messages. We are planning on returning as it is close to UNB and walking distance to Rockwood Park.
