Vacation rentals with breakfast in Saint Johns River

April was exceptionally attentive and proactive when there were minor issues, but these actions never altered the overall positive experience of our stay. The property is truly delightful, and the location is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. We make annual trips to Florida, and this place will undoubtedly be our preferred choice for future visits.

Great little trailer in 55+ park with amenities of pool, shuffleboard and laundry also close to everything! We loved our stay and extended it! The host Nick is super accommodating in every way! Whenever you need anything he will respond quickly to help. Great place, great host and very convenient.

Great location at a great price.

Great place to stay for access to High Springs. I am only speaking from a cave diving aspect but my future asks would be a place to hang drysuits and other wet diving gear and a check-out time of 11a or 12 instead of 10a.

Saki is a very accommodating host. He Is responsive and hands on of you need him. Beautiful house, lots of outdoor space on the water. Our clients loved the home and were very pleased with the customer service. I will be using this home again for future clients. By far a great host and a great house! Thank you Saki!!

Aling was SO kind and welcoming. She walked us through our Airbnb and also offered us fresh starfruit that she grew herself once we arrived. We enjoyed our peaceful stay and would visit again in the future. Thank you Aling!

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

My stay at Dawns beautiful place was 10/10 it was spacious, very clean and very nice. I really enjoyed staying there I’ll definitely recommend others to stay here as well if you’re visiting Jacksonville Florida it’s 2 blocks from amazing restaurants that offers morning, evening and night hours. Definitely recommend ‼️

Thus us a lovely quiet private space less yhan 10 minutes from downtown St.Pete. It us probably the best stocked Airbnb Ive stayed in. Everything you need is in plaiin sight.. An udeal location for a St. Pete visit.

Norma and Mike’s place was very accommodating. It actually suit my purposes to a tea. I was provided good food by the host a comfortable place to sleep in a private spot for my car. I highly recommend Norma and Mike’s Airbnb.

Wonderful condo! Beautiful view of the water and spectacular sunsets! Nice private beach, pool, and restaurant! Gated condo and from what I could tell, it is strictly enforced - I felt very safe staying here. Christine was very friendly and prompt in communications. Thank you for the relaxing week in this condo!

Close to the airport, stadium and mall good price for the location

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chef and their Airbnb! My mother stayed at their property, and it was truly the best Airbnb experience she's ever had. From the moment she arrived, Chef. made her feel incredibly welcome and right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly set Chef apart was their exceptional kindness and willingness to help. They even assisted with airport transportation, which was a huge relief and so appreciated. It's rare to find a host who is so genuinely caring and attentive.

Elna and Frank are such a warm and welcoming couple. The made us feel right at home. Their home is comfy and cozy. I love the screen porch and all the beautiful plants. Breakfast was delicious with a generous assortment of fruits, pastries, bagels, and muffins. Nice hot coffee. We would stay again. I think we have made friends for life with Elna and Frank.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at Misty and Phil’s place! They were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Phil even offered to drive me to some spots along the Space Coast, which was so kind of him. On top of that, he is an amazing cook—I’ll never forget the delicious pasta he made! Everything about this stay was perfect, and I highly recommend their place. I would love to come back again in the future!

Linda and Warren were great hosts. Coffee and Breakfast with warm company was surprisingly enjoyable. our first Airbnb experience and won't be our last. If you are offered ANYTHING that Linda has cooked, do not decline. She makes a sourdough that is delicious! Such a charming house, in a charming neighborhood, hosted by charming folks, with two charming doggies! really made us feel at home and we're always there if anything was needed! a real big thanks to the both of them!

Such a nice spot. The screened patio was very charming and such a nice place to relax. The kayaks are a must, lots of marine life to be seen. Thanks for the lovely accommodation!

Loved my stay here, Georgette is an amazing host and made me feel right at home. Internet worked great for working from home, comfortable bed, tv in the bedroom, good shower, and awesome being able to use the kitchen. You even get homemade biscotti! Definitely recommend this place!
