I have everything you need to be comfortable. There is a ramp to get in, no stairs. If you have additional family, ask us about our other trailers in the same little park.

We are right next to Coleman Hawkins Park where many festivals and concerts are held. Check the St. Joseph downtown calendar for any events that might bring crowds and noise. This tiny home getaway has been a guest favorite and only 12 miles to the Chiefs training camp! It includes exclusive use of the tiny home and also a lot of room outdoors with areas for private fire pits. Scenic views, right on the Missouri River. Lots of sand and grass outside, queen bed in loft (small space up some stairs), plus small futon on main floor, no wifi. Feel free to fish, have bonfires and smores, hangout and enjoy the outdoors at this pet friendly place.
