Single family upscale home NE on quiet cul-de-sac, 3rd Lawrence Ct. North of 13th Street. Private entry is well lighted to the private separate quarters that has a large bedroom a dresser, end tables, king size bed, the living room new 48" LED smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and off street parking. Very clean well established neighborhood. There is a large deck for song bird watching overlooking pond with waterfall and flowers surrounded by 10' wood privacy fence for relaxing.

Our Queen Ann home was built in 1894. It has a wrap around porch that guests are welcome to enjoy. There is a porch swing and several Adirondack chairs and a table for your morning coffee or an evening respite after a long day. Your private room is on the second floor. We only have one room for guests. There is filtered water and a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is shared with Laura and Aaron and is down the hall from the guest room. We have 2 labs (Bella and Choco) and are dog friendly.

We were a bit worried when we saw the in-window AC unit, but it got the room perfectly cold! No complaints here :) wifi worked well too!”
