Guesthouse vacation rentals in Saint Lawrence River

This was such a delightful, peaceful & beautiful place to stay. Shelby was extremely responsive & helpful. I appreciated that she went the extra mile to alert me to the Aurora Borealis & encourage me to see it from the point. When the power went out b/c of a local car accident, she kept me updated with information about cause & when power was expected to return & provided flashlights & a special battery powered lightbulb to provide light. I couldn't have asked for more!

A wonderful ski weekend! We spent two nights and spent the day (Saturday) skiing at Killington. Quiet drive there and back so it was a perfect location to come back to a peaceful evening. Hot tub was amazing after skiing and very clean! Laura and Aaron were very helpful and let us know the conditions of the roads prior to our arrival. Flexible, kind and friendly! Would stay again for sure.

This apartment is on the quiet side of the island, just what I was looking for! It helped create the calm, peaceful atmosphere I was looking for while in Acadia. 10/10 I would book again!

Our little family weekend at Bertrand's was super nice, it felt like home! There was everything we needed for our 1 and 3 year olds and also a walking path in the forest right next door on a pleasant foot:)

There is not enough to say about the pristine beauty that is Loraine’s cabin. The instructions were helpful in navigating into the property and lights were turned on as it was dark to assure my comfortable arrival. The cabin feels like a nurturing home and is equipped with comforts and small touches. The bed was neatly made and felt like a picture walking in to see it. The stairs are cabin stairs and there is caution to take your time and step gently. Seemingly every question was answered with small notes around the cabin and a detailed welcome book. The care and attention to detail was perfection in a stay. I only wish I had been on a longer trip to fully enjoy the grounds and the surroundings. It was easy to feel at home and welcome with Loraine and Dean as hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House very much. Jennifer is a great host - very attentive with excellent communication.

A perfect private little get away. Exactly as described. If you want peace and quiet in the woods, this the place for you. Close to hiking trails too! Also a very short drive to town. Less than 5 minutes. Thomas was very responsive and had lots of recommendations. Would definitely come back.

Stayed for two weeks at the the Little Red Cottage - what a find (both the accommodation and the host, Valentina)! Perfectly placed, only a 15-20 walk (pavemented) to Annapolis Royal and the lovely selection of eateries and shops and renowned Saturday market. House was spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for. The outside was the perfect spot to watch the stunning sunrises and to relax around the fire pit in the evening. We will definitely be back!

We loved this little cabin. The update they did was beautiful. The decor and paint colors were neutral, earthy, cozy and calm. The kitchen had everything we needed and we thought it was so cool how the faucet lite up lol. The place was really clean as well. We ended up getting a lot of snow the night before our check out and the owners both came to shovel a pathway for us and shoveled around my car that I was packing which was really nice and thoughtful. If we find ourselves back in the area, we already said we’d book here again. Thank you !

Beautiful home on two floors, well lit close to Magog city center. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are a big plus. Had a pleasant stay at Véronique's, she was very attentive and made sure that we lacked nothing. Recommended without hesitation!

One of the best places i have ever stayed in, the beauty of this place cannot be described in words, you must visit to experience it, and Nicole is not only wonderful host but amazing person as well, she is very friendly and take a good care of her guests. My family and I had a great time at Louise's cottage. Louise herself was very sweet and took a great care of us. She was very friedndly, accommodating and treated us like her own family! The place she and Michael owns is simply amazing. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed and even more for a comfortable two night stay. We enjoyed spending the time outside overlooking the lake and taking all the surrounding beauty in. Each night Louise treated us to a warm bonfire under the myriads of stars. We would highly recommend Louise's place to everyone. And hopefully we get to enjoy it again one day as well.

Our stay at Nancy's was just what we needed after a long week in the Adirondacks. We chose this place for the location near the river and it helped cut our trip home to Pittsburgh down. The place is just as described and made even better with the simple touches and thoughtfulness that Nancy has put into the space. We landed for just one night and spent most of our time outside on the dock watching the beautiful river and natural surroundings. We saw many birds and a few beavers - while drinking our morning coffee a bald eagle gave us a show and made our trip end on a wonderful note :) I would recommend staying with Nancy to anyone who finds themselves in the area and wants a slice of comfort and nature to lodge in. On our way out of town, we went to a local diner that Nancy had recommended, Lakes Sweets and Treats for a delicious homestyle breakfast and made our way up to the country store from there to pick up a few local maple syrup bottles to gift our friends. My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Jordin's Tiny house. Everything was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of privacy. The porch area and sauna were spectacular!!! Even the blankets outside smelled clean and new. Jordin thinks of everything to make you as comfortable as possible. Jordin even left us maple candies and local maple syrup as a gift!! The Tiny House itself is beautiful, clean, smells heavenly, and sooo cozy!! We will definitely be visiting this Tiny oasis again. The property was easy to get to and in a very convenient location to access multiple towns/restaurants/things to do. You are no more than a 20 ish minute drive to multiple other cute little towns. The barrel sauna was incredibly relaxing. The covered patio was perfect when it rained. We were still able to enjoy being outside. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Wonderful host, comfortable bedding and cozy quaint house! It snowed and George even plowed the sidewalk, steps and driveway for us. Will definitely be back when we come to visit our son and his family!

This is our third year staying here as our home base for XC skiing at Bretton Woods. Littleton is a great town with cute shops and good restaurants. This guest house is very clean, has everything you need, and the owners are so responsive. We were even surprised this time with a delightful welcome basket filled with yummy local treats. Excited for next year!

Beautiful cabin with authentic Adirondack furniture in great location!

Amazing accommodation with much more amazing host. I’d recommend adding or updating pictures as current ones does not show the real picture about the place. It does not show justice to the real place it is. The host has been very responsive giving quick replies.

Rachel and Cam's place was perfect for a couple's weekend away. It was peaceful and quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants. It had the best stocked kitchen and bathroom out of all the places I have stayed in. We do recommend shutting the bedroom door at night if you like to sleep in due to the other curtains being light filtering (black out in the bedroom), but is wonderful to wake up to lots of natural light and wonderful views.

A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious guesthouse — perfect for curling up with a book and a glass of wine or as a base to explore the mountains. Olivia and Richard were thoughtful and generous with great local tips on activities and dining. A standout stay in Stowe.

Loved staying at Gabriella’s place. Conveniently located and easy to find. We were arriving late and Gabriella made sure that the walkway was free of ice and snow (there had been some snowfall earlier). Absolutely spotless!! Will def stay here again.
