Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Léonard

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Great stay, Charles is very responsive and the instructions were very clear. The accommodation is very well located, it was very clean. Everything necessary is present in the accommodation and even small touches for the guests!

The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. It's very close to the city center and there are a lot of stores around the corner. Julien was very kind, welcoming and responsive. Had a great stay with Julien!

We had a fabulous weekend. Everything was more than perfect: a breathtaking view, a beautiful apartment with neat decoration, nothing is missing in the amenities. Marine, for her kindness, availability and thoughtful hospitality, has largely contributed to our well-being! We'll be back without hesitating.

Very well located apartment, quiet, 10-minute walk to the historic city center and close to shops and the market. Perfect for visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and nicely decorated with in addition a small terrace that overlooks the canopy of trees on the street that gives the feeling of being in the forest! Elise is very responsive and friendly. Good location!

Beautiful studio very well arranged, very clean, with contemporary decoration; quality shower area. Responsive host, we were able to extend by one night without hassle. Can be a little high cleaning fee for the surface area and when you don't have much time.

Really lovely place to stay, with everything you’d need. Laura was really friendly and gave us a tour of the house and property, and even invited our child to play with hers. Was a great stay and would recommend it

the house was super welcoming, we all felt very good. well equipped. we feel that it is a house that has a soul since Dan's family sometimes lives there. there is really everything you need. the blood is good. the TV works well. there is a lot of equipment. the garden is fabulous. I have a little regret for the pool, that's it...

We enjoyed our stay at Filonia and her husband's, for their warm welcome, discretion and special touches. Their accommodation is cozy, clean and very well-equipped. We highly recommend this listing.

Superb quiet rental with super nice pool! The garden is large and super well maintained. The little extra: animals (horses, biquettes, chickens...) too cute for your children. It is the perfect place to have a good time with the family, to enjoy the pool, the great outdoors and to go to the sea: near Deauville, Trouville ... we even went to Etretat. Tiago is a great host too! We'll be back again ❤️

House fully matches the photos . Everything's new , functional , electric roller shutters to all windows . Large downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and one upstairs bedroom with 3 beds , ideal for children . Quiet space: nice garden and terrace. Everything is provided for children: toys , games , books , ping pong table... Geneviève is very welcoming , and good advice for visiting the region . Well located house to get to Fécamp , Etretat and full of pretty villages on the Alabaster coast!! We had a pleasant stay and we recommend this house without any flaws!!

The accommodation is very welcoming and warm, you immediately feel very good there!!! Our beagle was able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the fully fenced garden. The premises are as advertised. We'll be back in the spring or summer to enjoy the petanque court, veranda and outdoor aperitifs :) Laura is very responsive by message and has done a lot for us, thanks again for everything!! Great stay at this small house in the very center of Dieppe, quietly located. Well-equipped, comfortable. However, I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility (stairs) I recommend it. 👌

We had a great weekend with friends in Florence's cottage. Very well located in Honfleur, courtyard with 4 very convenient parking spaces, it is a beautiful cottage, completely redone and very well-equipped and decorated. Great bedding. We did not lack anything. I recommend it+++

Alice's place is gorgeous. I highly recommend it. It is fully functional with some very nice touches. The views are fantastic, the residence is quiet and the comfort is total. Alice is also very welcoming, attentive and caring. You won’t regret it.

If you are looking for a warm place to stay in Deauville, I would definitely recommend it. Rachel is a very friendly host. she recommended us a very good restaurant and where to walk. everything is within walking distance if you don't want to take the car. thank you again Rachel. we had a great stay at Celine's place. The accommodation is located near the port and the beach and close to shops. The description matches what Celine advertised: impeccable condition and in a very quiet residence. Celine even offered to check in a little earlier. Everything was together for a pleasant stay, we recommend it!

A cozy,clean apartment, with a great view,within walking distance of restaurants and shops, free parking nearby. Despite the fact that there is no access to the balcony,it does not prevent you from enjoying the beautiful view from the window! Thank you Adam for the warm welcome. We had a great time.
