Charming unit near the beach

1 bedroom & bathroom unit located in a small building, (level 2). Fully furnished kitchen. Very convenient location, a short stroll (approx400m) to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, aquarium… Ouen Toro trail is located at the top of the street, you can start running/walking into the dry forest, the public swimming pool is very close too! Bus to the city operates just one street below our unit which is convenient to go to the fresh market to get fish, fruit & veg, souvenirs as well

Villa with giant Jacuzzi 50 m from the beach.

Small villa F2 that has a 4m swimming spa-pool heated to 39° in winter and left at room temperature in summer replaces the pool. Great for swimming against the current and playing sports. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor hot water shower, a large sofa, a double bed + an extra bed are on site. A connected playstation 4. All this 50m from the beach and bars of the Baie des Citrons in the south district. Pets allowed: A small dog.

Come and relax and recharge in this pretty new 24m2 beachfront studio with independent access. You will have a 12 m² air-conditioned bedroom with closet, a 12 m² room with bathroom/wc and kitchen furniture and a small private terrace facing the lagoon to have your meals or relax. Access to a private beach ideal for swimming and free use of 2 kayaks to explore the islets. Snorkling masks and snorkeling.

In an idyllic setting, come and relax in a bungalow High Environmental Quality housed in the forest, sea view 180 °. 70 m2 fully equipped, ecological concept, kitchenette, double bed, bathroom and separate WC (toilet dries), large terrace. 30 minutes from Noumea, in a district calm, at the gateway to the Great South, beach 2 minutes. Chalet located at the crossroads of the 3 municipalities (Nouméa - Dumbéa - Mont Dore). Exceptional living environment in the forest, 10 minutes from all amenities (shopping centers – schools – Médipôle hospital center – sports facilities). Nouméa city center is 15 minutes away outside peak hours (more like 45 minutes during peak hours). Beaches are 25/30 minutes away.

Charming studio for 2 adults, quiet, adjoining my house. Great for a relaxing stay. Free and secure parking on the property (1 car included, 2nd on request). No smoking inside, but possible outside. Not suitable for children. Only the people listed in the booking can stay. Peaceful atmosphere, please respect the neighbourhood.

La Palmeraie

Fully equipped single-foot studio (dishes, appliances, bedding, linen, washing machine, air conditioning, wifi) with a terrace and views of a beautiful palm garden. Located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby shops. Very well connected by bus lines.
