Ground floor house independent of the accommodation above, beautiful decor, spacious and pleasant rooms, parking spaces in the courtyard and also on the street , beautiful terrace, close to the sea, quiet area, Already come to Grau du Roi but never on this shore, fairly fast city access, either from the inside or through the beach A few local shops on the street behind, a few restaurant huts on the square , very nice, and large supermarket within walking distance , happy not to have to take your car, I recommend this accommodation nearby bike path ( certainly there under construction but it will soon be all beautiful for the next vacationers )

This place is clean, cozy, and conveniently located. Beach, mini golf, aquarium, nearby games and walk to the center in just a 10min walk. Friendly welcome. Thank you Bertrand, we had a pleasant stay.

A home from home. Very well equipped home, wonderful swimming pool and within easy reach of attractions. Alexandre was very welcoming and helpful. My family had a lovely relaxing stay.

The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and decorated. It is also very well located in a quiet area. Walking distance to the beach We were lucky for our holidays at the end of October, we were able to swim and enjoy the outside of the house (lunches outside, garden chairs). The house was especially clean! Finally, the location is a good starting point for excursions: Montpellier, Sète, Camargue... We'll be happy to come back!

Very good stay, we enjoyed the setting of this home, the games for children and the pool available. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back on a future visit to Spirou Park which is very close to the accommodation. Alan was able to answer our questions as soon as we needed them. Beautiful place with a parking space right outside the door, spacious bedrooms, beautifully decorated living/sam, a pleasant and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or lounge. Not far from everything, 20 minutes walk from the Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 min from the port Marianne. Manual, the host is nice, the instructions are clear. I would highly recommend it
