Loue un studio entièrement rénové ( 25m²) dans le bâtiment du Grand Pavois situé aux pieds des pistes de la station de St Jean Montclar à 2h de Marseille. Le logement contient un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le domaine skiable. Le logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les familles. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. LES DRAPS NE SONT PAS FOURNIS. Le ménage doit être fait par le locataire( 40 Euros si ce n'est pas fait correctement).

The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
