Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Winter sports, mountain biking, hiking, family activities, climbing, swimming, and more.

Beautiful lake view, cocoon in the mountain perched at 1100 meters, ideal for slowing down for a few days. 15 min. to the village. Best place for: sunrise in winter on the mountain, and moonrise in spring 🤩 Perfect for hiking, running, cycling, yoga, reading. Our two cats like to purr on the deck. Calm nights, starry sky. Vehicle is essential because there is no public transport. Provide snow tires or chains between November and March.

Leisure area and village centre 600 m walk, public parking. 1 master bedroom, a sofa bed for 1 child in the main room, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom/WC. Kitchen: stove top, oven, microwave fridge /freezer oven, raclette machine,blender, kettle coffee machine.

My place is close to the VAL D'ALLOS ski resorts. Numerous hiking trails, close to the Verdon Gorge, and Mercantour. In the village of Beauvezer: - Pizzeria / Grocery / Country House / Bellevue Restaurant. Old carpentry workshop, under stone vault from 1719, pretty south-facing terrace, very nice for sunbathing. Free shuttle to the SKI resort, 20 minutes. (sheets and towels provided) Minimum 4 day stay during vacation period.
