Comfortable accommodation, the beautiful sector, safe place, the house had everything we could need (full kitchenware) and clean

The hosts were lovely and upgraded us to a bigger unit. The location is perfect since it’s close to the town, but not too noisy. The amenities are great as well. Will definitely come back when traveling to Montanita with a group

Excellent place to share with family and friends just 10 minutes from Olon beach if you are walking. Accessibility to order taxis with good rates to nearby places as a mountaineer!! Overall a nice experience!!

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

We loved Eduardo's house, it is really very close to the beach and it is comfortable and beautiful. Definitely to return for a few days with family and friends. Eduardo was always very kind and willing to help us with everything. Thank you!!!

The place is very nice, as shown in the photos, nice to have as a family, the spectacular view, the house at the foot of the sea, there were all the utensils available, the one was very friendly, I hope to return soon with my family

Very kind and accommodating, the accommodation is nice and comfortable. Close to everything on foot, and far enough away to be quiet. In addition, our host is good advice on the different activities and places to explore. A lovely time in Puerto Lopez!

The super cozy place, everything was very clean, located in a quiet area where you can rest perfect. They have air in the living room which was ideal👌🏻. I would definitely go back to this place when I return.

Excellent place to stay while in Montañita. I did a siblings trip with and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the house. Rustic look with all the necessities, adorable place. It’s not in the center of the city where all the noise is, so it feels private.

The house is very comfortable and spacious, the pool was in excellent condition, everything was super good.

The house looks just like the pictures, the views were stunning, best beach views ever. The host was always responsive to our questions, always find a solution for anything we needed. My family throughly enjoyed.

Hello! We really liked the place, it is cozy and it is closed, which helps a lot. We gave support with what was also asked. The only low point is that there is only one bathroom for 7 people, but it is something that is described in advance.

We stayed at Casa Kaden for 17 nights, and we had a wonderful time . The house is great and everything is well set up for guests . The owner greeted us with a bottle of red wine and was proactive to make sure that we had all the information for the check-in. The location of the house is amazing , just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. If you're traveling with kids, you will be surprised how many toys and other equipment the host has , so you dont have to bring a suitcase of toys to entertain your little ones ;) Back yeard is wonderful as it is fully fenced, big and has a great pool. In case if you have any questions or trouble with something, you can message the house menager at any time, and he will respond to you very promptly and take care of the problem. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Casa Kaden and strongly recommend this place !! Thank you, Jacques!

Robert's house is very nice cozy, it has everything you need to be comfortable, the beach is quiet, the urbanization was very quiet, I recommend it.

the house is beautiful a little rough since it is very close to ocean and the saline air will rust the the finishes if not maintained often, so that's understandable and not a turn off. the house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. the beach is clean and good for swimming and surfing. the sunsets from the terrace were amazing. The house was not very clean when we arrived. The toilet in the master was broken but it take away from having a beautiful time so I'm giving Charlene a 5 stars. Her communication was very prompt and she was very pleasant.
