The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

The apartment has its own private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette, and a patio to view the colorful sunsets. Enjoy all the adventures and amenities the Willamette Valley has to offer. Great for the business traveler with a place to work. Looking for a lovely romantic getaway or a staycation, Swing in the hammock chairs, hand feed the alpacas or help us walk the alpacas around the property.

This property has an open floor plan with 9-foot ceilings, hand scraped Acacia wood floors, a gas fireplace and territorial views. The primary suite has a tray ceiling, large walk-in closet, double sinks, and a six-foot soaking tub.
