Welcome to our stable conversion, we are situated in Saltfleetby, Lincolnshire. We offer self catering with two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The property only sleeps 4 people and this includes infants. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel radiator. There is central heating throughout. Please ensure that you read all the house rules. EV CHARGING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard with an open fire, lawned garden to the front and closed courtyard to the back. Ideal for a romantic break with your dogs.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

You have the entire house, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, plus a sofa bed sleeping a further 2. Parking for one car on the front. All required beach items for guests to use. A real home from home!
