Cozy little house

A simple and quiet house in the Federação neighborhood, a place with easy access to various points of the city. Close to supermarkets, gym, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop, restaurants and bars. Close to the Red River and Ondina and its beautiful beaches. The villa is inside a village with other houses. But here you will have privacy and an outdoor area with plants to breathe in the middle of the city. With equipped kitchen, wi-fi, and all basic amenities for you to spend a great stay.

excellent location

We are located in the lower city region near the Bonfim church, the Basilica of Santa Dulce dos Pobres and other sights and beaches in the region. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and very welcoming place to stay. In the house, we have a blender, fruit juicer, sandwich maker, orange juicer, electric coffee maker, microwave and airfryer. In each room, there is a 42-inch TV with Wi-Fi and in the living room a 55-inch TV. We also have a computer, iron and etc.

A compact dining area is presented with a glass table surrounded by four wooden chairs. A bookcase is built into the wall, holding books and decorative items. Natural light streams through an open area at the end, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

The space has a kitchen equipped for preparing meals, 1/4 with a double bed, another with a single bed, 2 rooms, a bathroom and an open outdoor area.

House 51 - Rio Vermelho. We offer an entire apartment with two bedrooms for couples (one en-suite). In addition to the great location, the street offers several dining options: breakfast, bars, restaurants and pizzerias nearby. The house is divided into three spaces, two of which are full apartments and a living room, all with separate entrances. The apartment available has 2 double bedrooms, however, it serves very well for a couple only or one person.

A lush pathway is lined with palm trees and vibrant greenery, leading towards the beach in the distance. The well-maintained garden features neatly arranged plants and a grassy area, creating a serene setting under clear blue skies.
