Duplex de 97 m2 sur 2 étages : 3 chambres avec chacune une salle d'eau , grande pièce de vie bien équipée de 40 m2 avec grande terrasse, wifi. Le duplex se trouve dans une résidence familiale gardée 24/24 h avec accès direct à la plage ! Piscine dans la résidence. Proche du centre de Saly. Pour information, l'eau et l'électricité sont à régler sur place le jour de votre départ selon le relevé des compteurs (175 fcfa/kwatt ; 400 fcfa/m3) + 8 € (5000 fcfa) pour le ménage et le lavage du linge.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Le studio est un 33 mètres carré dans un immeuble récent de 2023 . Afin d’eviter les cafards et garder l’appartement propre la femme de ménage passera obligatoirement tous les 2 à 3 jours pour faire le menage entre 13h et 15 h (à nos frais ). Je passe après chaque check out pour verifier que tout est en ordre avant l’arrivée du voyageur suivant . La Société Seneau est en travaux et a averti qu'il pourrait y avoir des coupures d'eau sur Saly .
