The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are super clean. The entrance area exudes a special atmosphere, with a mixture of traditional elements and modern touches. The location is perfect – quiet but still central and easily accessible. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. It was a great experience all around, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended! Another stay will follow.

This was our best stay in Austria. Really big house, full of animals but really clean! Very good location gives opportunity for skiing in many different places. Delicious breakfasts, best view.

I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Hepi house is in a good location. Only 5minutes by walk from the station. Lary and Lisa were so friendly and always trying to help. The room was clean and has a nice view. It was quite small but has everything we need. Every morning we could enjoy the breakfast. We had a wonderful time in Obertraun and hope to come again.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! Elisabeth was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh bread, homemade jams, and fruits straight from her garden. One evening, I was even treated to a delicious Italian pasta dinner, which was such a kind and unexpected treat. The atmosphere of the property made me feel right at home. My room, which opened directly into the garden, was filled with interesting art pieces, creating a unique and cozy ambiance. I could even pick fresh fruit directly from the window, which was such a special experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall experience was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay with a personal touch. I can't wait to return!

I had the pleasure of staying with Gerhard and his wife, and I can only say: It was just fantastic! My room on the ground floor was very nicely decorated and had an adjoining bathroom – everything was tip-top clean and very well maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive ,they immediately felt welcome. Breakfast was really good – a solid, delicious breakfast that had everything you need for a successful start to the day. There is also a small breakfast room where you can make coffee at any time and also use the kitchen – a really great service! Overall a wonderful place to stay with a warm, family atmosphere. The mansion is the perfect place to explore the Malta Valley. Detlef and Bernd take care of their guests with a lot of effort and are well versed in the area, so give great recommendations for things to do. The house is large and versatile (communal living room, large balcony with seating and lounging, huge property including seating under the apple tree).

Mark and Nicky are great hosts. They gave us nice advices for the city center and the lake area. Their place is just like in the pictures, so clean and cosy. Breakfast was nice and delicious. We would like to stay here again in our next trip.

Andrea waa superkind. We thought we had an appt, but we booked a family room. we could use her fridge for some stuff. She advised on what to do and printed the rebate card for us. breakfast included some cake and egga and hot chocolate. we enjoyed it !

The stay with Corina was extremely nice ☺️ Corina is such a nice person, super friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom and guesthouse throughout were super clean, modern and furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was really delicious and you got everything you could ask for 😋 All in all, I liked my little vacation with Corina very much and I would always come back to her ☺️ Thank you for this beautiful experience!

We were here with 5 people for one-night stay on our way to Croatia for one night and very satisfied! We especially liked the rich breakfast just before the drive on.

I had a lovely stay at Aleksandra’s bnb! She communicated very clearly and responded quick. She also was proactive in asking if I needed anything several times throughout my stay. The room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were clean. The cats and dog are very friendly and like to be pet! If I visit the region again I will certainly stay at Aleksandra! Also, the steakhouse in St. Johann is very good.

Communication was friendly and smooth, check-in was also possible late and easy. The room was clean. We will be happy to come back :)

Beautiful place to stay. Margaretha, her husband and their son are all friendly and helpful when we struggle on the snow ♥️ we had an amazing snowing night watching it for the first time. the place was super clean 🫧 , very quite and warm when weather outside were -4C. Amazing place highly recommend 😍♥️
