In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

The studio "Garden Room" (16 square metres/172 sq ft) is located at ground level in the garden and consists of a bedroom with double bed (width 140cm/55 inch), dining area for 2 persons and small fully equipped kitchen unit with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave with oven function, filter coffee machine etc. There is also a small bathroom with shower and WC. Own ground-level garden-side entrance with covered terrace. Bed linen and towels available 1-2 persons, children on request

Approximately 3 km from the center of Bad Aussee, 4 km from the train station and only 2 km from the beautiful Grundlsee. With free parking (also for campers), Wi-Fi, private bathroom and toilet for each room, balcony, terrace, hunting room, guest room, satellite TV, fridge, cold drinks, coffee, tea and snacks.
