Our newly renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house. We live on the ground floor. It offers two bedrooms (double bed / 2 single beds) on 70 sqm, a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a large bathroom. Boke is an idyllic village located directly on the Lippe with about 2500 inhabitants. It is known as Lippegolddorf because of its beauty. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket with all the things you need every day.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the extension of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

We rent out our beautiful, bright, approx. 80 sqm apartment on the upper floor. We share the front door. The apartment doors are to be locked separately. Your four-legged friends (dogs only) are of course also welcome. The apartment is located directly on the Boker Canal. Numerous walking and cycling tours can be enjoyed from here.
