Vacation rentals with a patio in Sam Roi Yot

Had a great stay here. The location is midway between the two main malls in Hua Hin with many good restaurants and bars close by. Communal pool was very good and clean and the condo is on the top floor so no issues with poolside noise - although there wasn’t much noise anyway. Small but good gym. Parking under the building with adequate spaces. Claire was duper helpful and easy to communicate with

Amazing little clean and cozy condo. Felt like home. Had everything we needed. Super comfortable soft bed. Nice view to the pools and a little bit of sea. Host is super responsive, arranged a parking card for us. Location very good, two night markets with good food just outside of the condo. Little big C in walking distance. Beach in the walking distance. It’s a quieter area, but it didn’t bother us at all. With scooter you can drive to Takiab beach, Bluport mall etc. Not the hosts fault but the pools at the complex were a bit cold and not very clean. But we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is new, clean, and perfect for remote work - the internet speed was excellent at around 350 Mbps. It offers a stunning view of the mountains. The area is very peaceful. The condo territory is well-maintained, clean, and feel very safe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool is a great bonus - warm during the day and refreshingly cool at night. Everything you need is close by: two 7-Eleven stores, a Tops, and Blúport Mall (about a 7-minute walk) with a great food court and a Big C supermarket. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and both the Cicada and Tamarind night markets are within a 15-minute walk. The host was very friendly and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

J’ai effectué un séjour de 1 mois dans le logement. Tout était parfait et correspondait bien aux photos. Si vous venez sur Hua Hin je vous recommande ce logement.

ที่พักดีมากๆ เตียงนอนหลับสบายมาก ห้องสะอาดมาก สภาพแวดล้อมสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน สระว่ายน้ำสวยมากๆ มีสวนดอกไม้รอบๆสระ มีkidsclub ที่พักติดชายหาดเด็กๆสามารถว่ายน้ำและเล่นทรายที่ชายหาดได้เลย มีbeach club ที่สวยงาม เป็นวันหยุดที่แสนพิเศษสำหรับที่พักนี้ ประทับใจมากค่ะ

I was little sceptical what I was suppose to get with the price, but I feel that I got more. As travelling low season and most of other condos are owned by Thai living in Bangkok, place was empty. great evening dinner place near by, like a big food court outside. That was easy as rest of my family don't eat spicy food. Kitchen was great as previously mention, to make farang food. washing machine, it's great that you can travel light and wash the clothes. I also spoke with Thai, living in Aussies, who have come 20 years back and he told place is best value for the money, however, she didn't even have a garden. Wifi, great. airconditioning great ( if you need it ). Pool, empty. I been in many Airbnb places but this was better than any shown in pictures. Location wise you need around 150 bath to go night market or mall but it's peanuts what you saving on price of this place. Hard to write anything bad, sorry.

Absolutely loved my stay! Wifi is insane, the place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, beach and two malls, yet peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hua Hin!!

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

I had an excellent experience with Adrien as the property management representative. He is always eager to assist, highly positive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a smooth stay. Throughout my monthly rental, every agreed-upon detail was fulfilled with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. The accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to the current market rates. The included cleaning service was a significant plus. Additionally, the 24/7 availability, quick responses to messages, and prompt handling of requests made my stay even more enjoyable. Adrien’s outstanding service deserves a solid 10/10. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer schnell, äußerst hilfsbereit und engagiert. Er hat stets versucht, bei allem zu helfen und alles bestmöglich zu organisieren. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der tolle Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Ein kleines Detail, das wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine. Allerdings wurde dies durch die fantastische Hausdame mehr als wettgemacht: Sie hielt das Haus täglich blitzsauber und verwöhnte uns zudem mit ihren großartigen Kochkünsten (da sich die Koch-Küche außerhalb des Hauses befindet), – wirklich ein Highlight! Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns: ruhig, keine Touristen (wenn dann nur einer einheimische Touristen) und trotzdem alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Insgesamt war es genau das, was wir gesucht haben, top – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Outstanding property. Very responsive host, self check-in and check-out. Very nice swimming pool, they have karaoke, nice kitchen. Rooms are very comfy... We enjoyed our stay and even booked an extra night. Thank you very much Daniel. We will be back ASAP

Mo was a great host! Really helpful, always nearby if you need anything. The place was clean, very good for a family with kids. Location is quiet and peaceful.

We loved the house! Very cute decorations, received water bottles everyday, 5min from the beach and very close to city center. Communications was spotless! Highly recommended!

Tal was a fantastic host, could not have asked for better. Had a problem with the washing machine and it was replaced with a new one the very same day! Wow! Would never happen in the UK! She sent a lot of helpful advice on local restaurants etc and answered any questions we had very promptly which was appreciated. Tal booked our taxis to and from Bangkok. Very safe and experienced drivers. The apartment was well equipped with lots of unexpected extras including tea towels, wash up liquid, laundry and cleaning products,shower gel, shampoo, tissues, beach towels etc, etc. A great host. Others have commented on the location being near to a street of late night bars. This is true but if you close the windows at night, the noise is not audible, so no problem. As we stayed for a month, we booked the cleaners weekly. Great team and well worth the 600 baht fee as they do a thorough job. All in all, a lovely stay. Thank you Tal!

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

I’ve stayed at this lovely condo before so had no problem booking it again. The condo, location all great, recommended.

The apartment is clean and well-organized. The unit is located on the front side, away from the busy and noisy weekend market. Self check-in was easy and seamless, and Chitchanok provided clear instructions. Thank you for allowing flexible check-in and check-out times to accommodate my tight schedule. I will definitely stay at Chitchanok’s place again!

I had a wonderful stay at La Habana Hua Hin. I wish there was an option to give 6 ⭐️ because everything about this place is just right; very good price, nicely decorated apartment, big pool, very close to the beach, 2 local food markets only 1 minute away, gym, reception, security .. everything just works perfectly and everyone is so friendly and accommodating . I can definitely recommend this place to anyone

Place was very quiet and private. Easy access to the beach and just a short drive to the city. Host was very communicative. Overall a really comfortable stay!
