“Avy & Fred’s place is the most comfortable and convenient place if you are in Siem Reap. The room is spacious with stylish touches ... Its almost like a house you are living in and of course the pool adds to it ... The breakfast provided is quite elaborate and the presentation is superb .. Since Iam a bird lover I must say that this space is green with beautiful plants around which attracts a lot of birds and it’s a pleasure watching them sitting in your room or sitting by the pool. Fred is absolutely helpful and he tried to help us with everything right from our airport pick up to guiding us about the area ,organising food and getting us dropped to the airport . Not to forget Our tuk tuk driver Chenda was super helpful and patient too . I give extra points to Fred & Avy for providing water in the room which is very thoughtful and sweet , it saved us from the trouble of getting water from outside . If I ever come back to Cambodia 🇰🇭 this is the place I want to stay .”

Our spacious studio in refurbished property of seven stand-alone units in the Kandal Village block. Neighbor of Little Red Fox Espresso, Mamma Shop, Louise L, Vibe. A five minute stroll to downtown. Locally-made modern furnishings, natural light flooding through glassdoors, and a well-equipped kitchenette.
Beautifully designed, pleasant, private, and relaxed villa in central Siem Reap - only a 3 minute tuk tuk ride or 10 min walk to Pub Street (Old Market Area). Our place has its own pool and beautiful courtyard that will keep you entertained during your stay. The villa features a king-sized hotel quality bed and linen that will ensure you get a great nights rest after long days exploring all that Siem Reap has to offer. The villa has a huge en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
“This is a brilliant property, just far enough from the main road to make it very quiet, but near enough so that getting a Tuk Tuk into town is easy. The pool is an excellent asset. It’s a bit too small for swimming but we took a couple of inflatable beds to float around on while sunbathing. There is air conditioning which is very effective and a couple of ceiling fans so it is very comfortable to sit and sleep in. The kitchen has all of the cooking facilities, cutlery and crockery you need should you want to eat in, and has a good sized fridge freezer. There is also a good washing machine in one of the outbuildings which the villa has exclusive use of so washing and drying clothes is very easy. The bed is large and very comfortable with a small settee overlooking the pool area. There is a large flat screen TV and although it doesn’t have satellite channels it does have ChromeCast so you can stream Netflix etc. should you want to watch TV. There is also a good Sonos speaker which you can plug a phone into to listen to music, or connect into if you have the Sonos app, and the villa has good WiFi. The villa is about a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into the centre and there is a never ending supply of Tuk Tuks at the bottom of the road (about a one minute walk from the villa). Vichay met us at the property when we arrived from the airport and was very friendly and helpful. We arranged with him before we went out for his brother, Thy (pronounced Tee), to pick us up by Tuk Tuk from the airport. This is a great way to travel to the villa as you get an introduction to the chaotic roads in Siem Reap and also the opportunity to see some of the town as you travel in. Thy is also available for trips out and we went out with him about 6 or 7 times. His rates are very reasonable and he is a brilliant and entertaining guide so I would definitely recommend you use him for sightseeing. Siem Reap is a bustling town with loads of bars and restaurants. Pub Street is the main entertainment area and even though it has its fair share of noisy bars there are numerous other places to eat and, in February 2020, a meal for two with drinks was about $20. This is in the main tourist area so move away from there and the prices get even cheaper. We have had a great holiday and the villa played a major part in that together with the hosts who were very quick to respond to messages before we went out and equally so when we were in the villa. So my thanks to Billy, Vichay and Thy for making the experience so enjoyable. I cannot recommend this villa, and the hosts, highly enough and two weeks in Siem Reap and the surrounding areas just flew by. I would love to go back again.”
