Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

A gorgeous drive in breathtaking scenery, then a bowl of hot soup and fresh bread waiting for us in a beautiful, clean and perfectly updated home with incredible charm and love. Tamta was the most amazing host with perfect communication and an eye for design and hospitality. Tamta and Emma made all of our meals, lit fires for us and welcomed us with local specialities like cucumber and tomato salad with walnuts, homemade cheese, tkemali, and mchadi. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and warm and there was plenty of light and hot water. There are several breathtaking walks from the house-we love animals and enjoyed seeing the pigs, boars, cows, and friendly local dogs. I wish we had reserved a week. There was so much to do for families that love the outdoors, history, and reading by the fire. We went home with our bags full of quinces, local honey and incredible memories of Georgia! Thank you, Tamta for giving us such a gift!

It is a hidden gem tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. It was a nice base point when getting to know Kutaisi. Very accessible and near the tourist areas as well as the groceries and restaurants. Everything was well thought of and we loved every detail that formed into one cohesive masterpiece. It was our home in Kutaisi, we felt relaxed because of the trees surrounding it with the birds singing at the backdrop. We couldn’t ask for anything more, every basic necessity was there. And hands down to Levani, he is an amazing host. We had the best Georgian welcome. Once again, “salamat” (thank you) and here’s to wishing you all the best from your Filipino friends.

This cabin is in the MOST idilic mountain range. You will feel like you are in total privacy with views to die for. The cabin is clean, cosy and much bigger than I expected. I had a bit of trouble finding it which was not the fault of the host and my car got a bit stuck on a muddy road. The owners came and got my car out and made sure we were very comfortable and ok. We had breakfast with up at the farm which is offered by the hosts parents. Honestly it was one of the best meals I have ever had!!!!! Such beautiful fresh food. Generous and friendly family who made us feel right at home. We love it here!!!

I had the most peaceful and rejuvenating stay at Mylarda Mestia, a charming mountain cottage nestled in the heart of the Caucasus. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and exuded a rustic charm that made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the most unforgettable parts of my stay was the stunning view of Ushba Mountain right from Cottage #4—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of skiing nearby. If you prefer to stay close and avoid the trek to town, I highly recommend bringing your own food to cook, as the local shops and restaurants are a 15-minute ride away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, Mylarda Mestia is the perfect place to unwind. I can’t wait to return.

It is clean and everything you need is provided. The toilet and bathroom are clean. The bedroom is comfortable with air conditioning and a fireplace in the winter. The garden is a private space surrounded by a fence so no other people or animals can get in.

We enjoyed a lot staying in Nana's house. House has all necessary amenities to stay for a long time. Even though temperature outside dropped below zero, the house was well heated with couple of radiators and AC so cold outside was not an issue. The only thing, we recommend to take slippers with you: the floor is cold. The yard is spacious and well fenced, which is important for us as we travel with a dog and has great barbecue area. The village is just in 15 minutes drive from main city of the region where you can have access to shops, banks and pharmacies. Even after snow reaching it was not an issue on an SUV, but consider having winter tires. Right from the cabin one has acces to some hiking trails and nature sights around, but those harder to reach in winter. Nana was very helpful, friendly and swiftly answered all the questions and provided with thorough guidance on house maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back one day.

The place was magical and everything from the mountains views to the restaurants in area was incredible, it was close to Mestia and other attractions in the mountains that we explored through our visit. Before reaching there, the road was a bit rough but nothing we didn’t expect, The stay was very clean with all the amenities we expected and more which was amazing !

it was unforgettable! incredible view from the House and asho surrounding the reality of which is difficult to believe - every time wow! the housing itself is very comfortable: comfortable sleeping places, several dining areas, two of which are on the Street. we'll dream of coming back here again.

Perfect place for familles or groupe of Friends with several rooms, bathrooms and beds. the view is beautiful and you can easily walk to the main streets of Mestia and all the restaurants. Natia was also very helpful whenever we needed help from her. I recommend! thanks
