This 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from Viljandi Lake. The nearest store is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and have to be mindful of the neighbors as well. There is a garden at the back of the house, a barbecue nook and a lounge nook that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m). The apartment is on the side of the street.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

I offer a home stay for Viljandi enthusiasts. The apartment is perfect for two, but can also accommodate more sleepers with the sofa. To visit cafes in the city center, all you have to do is go up the hill on Tartu Street. Who doesn't want to climb the mountain will find even better sports conditions nearby - you can head almost straight out of bed to the health trail that goes around the lake! In addition, there are padel and tennis courts etc. close by.
