Apartment at garden level in a completely renovated ancient farm on the south hillside of Samoëns. Nice triplex style 1500 ft2 apartment with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, private parking, shared garden with terrace and barvecue, all comfy. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. The chalet is about 4km from the lifts which lead to Samoëns 1600, beginning of the slopes.

Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Studio moderne de style montagne, totalement indépendant, dans maison individuelle comprenant une grande terrasse en bois plein sud. Idéalement situé que ce soit en hiver pour les pistes de ski ou en été pour les randonneurs nous sommes à 12 mn de Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 mn de Combloux, 25 mn des Contamines Montjoie, Megève et Chamonix et 5 mn des Thermes de St Gervais Parfait pour un couple souhaitant être au calme tout en étant au centre des lieux touristiques et d'activités.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.

Charming little chalet in a breathtaking environment with great hikes and lots of activities in the immediate vicinity. In winter, direct access to baby lift, easy pistes and free ski bus. For 2 couples or couple with 1-2 kids (high chair available for small child). Ground floor: living-dining-room & kitchen, bathroom with tub. 1st floor: two bedrooms with a double bed each +1 single bed.

Appartement rénové ski aux pieds

Appartement de 30 mètres carrés rénové récemment et possède tout le confort pour passer d’excellentes vacances à la montagne ! Situé sur le plateau des Saix à Samoens 1600 aux pieds des pistes (à 12 km du centre). Peut accueillir deux/trois personnes et leurs animaux de compagnie (avec supplément). Un grand parking gratuit extérieur se trouve à 400m.
