Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

The place is by far the best I have stayed at in The Residences. Looked exactly like the pictures, they have a lot of stuff for entertainment, complete kitchen wares, very beautiful home set up including the balcony. The unit is well maintained and the host is extremely responsive. A stress free staycation indeed.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

the place was very homey and the stay in caretaker was very helpful. the mango tree was bountiful and you can pick fruits right from the louge chairs. the open dining living area was conducive to family bonding. the bedrooms were neat and hot showers were readily available.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

It’s amazing that you can find this kind of place in Valenzuela. Very accessible and worth every penny but it could have been better if the owner will also invest in cooking utensils since the place is for larger groups. Thank you, Arbie! Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

Located in one of the nicer areas of Metro Manila, this spot is perfect base for exploring the city. Very spacious and air conditioned interior is great for coming back after a long day to relax in.

Despite booking over a holiday, the host was very quick to respond and made our arrival smooth. We encountered a couple of small bumps during our stay, but the host's impeccable customer service really shone through, making us feel well taken care of and quickly resolving everything.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

Kuya Samson is very responsive to all our queries and concerns. Overall experience is superb. Will definitely boom again if needed. Just an addition, convert your TV into Smart TV and it will be perfect at all.

It came equipped with all the essentials—basic dining sets, appliances, and cooking utensils, which made it really convenient. The space has a homey yet elegant vibe that made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. I also loved the small snack corner inside the unit—such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely love to stay here again.
