Poolside Guest House

Nice semi-rural area with some local bird-life and keep an eye out for the koalas. The guesthouse has it's own dedicated driveway with remote controlled gates for you to come and go as you please, with a carport adjoining the guesthouse for your use. A day before your arrival I will message the guest with the locked boxed code, located in the carport. Close to Petrie Historical Village with markets and walking trails around Lake Samsonvale. Walking distance to North Pine 9 Hole Golf Course.

Cosy fully contained guest house, free Wi-Fi.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
