Vacation rentals with lake access in Samtskhe-Javakheti

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.

We went to Bakuriani and went skiing, very nice, cute 1 + 1 house in a good location, you can get to the center in 10 minutes by car, cozy house

We arrived before 21.00 and it was nice that someone greeted us at the house and showed us around. The heating season hasn’t started and the host brought portable heater for us, which was very nice. I would recommend the host to add salt, pepper and olive oil at the place, because it was missing when making breakfast. Otherwise had a great stay!

We had a delightful stay at Marina’s guest house, just 6km from the Cave Town, a manageable distance in this beautiful region. The rooms were simply furnished, but provided us with a comfortable sleep and hot showers. The place itself is amazing, with Marina and Sergo being incredibly hospitable hosts. They offer delicious home-cooked local food for dinner and breakfast. Some of Marina’s recipes are even published in books—be sure to ask her about them! Also, don’t miss asking Sergo to tell story of toast for “sportsmen cows.” Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
