Vacation rentals with a patio in Samut Prakan

Loved how quiet it was :)

The place was nice. It's in a quiet, but nice area on the Sukhumvit line. It's within walking distance to Punnawithi BTS and True Digital Park is nearby, which is a cool and quiet shopping mall in Bangkok. The place is clean, amenities nice, and it's worth what it costs to stay here. The host's communication was also great. One thing though, just now that you won't be able to cook here.

The place is exactly as described in the photos and I would easily rebook this stay when back in BKK. My only one hesitancy would be to confirm all elevators are now once again working as all but one elevator was shut down due to issues after the earthquake.

We had a great stay here due to numerous reasons. Firstly the Condo itself was nice and clean and pretty roomy. The office table and monitor in the bedroom was actually really helpful as my wife was still doing some work while we were away so this made that time really comfortable for her. The area outside was really good also, basic stores just a few steps away, an outdoor food court type area with a nice variation in dietary options. Proximity to the BTS and also an Expressway was so close and for us was super helpful.

Milo is an amazing host and very accommodating. I booked his place last minute and he was very flexible to my needs regarding checkout due to a very late flight. His place is far enough from all the touristy noise but close enough to all the places you want to see in the city. It is conveniently located close to train and bus stations or an easy and inexpensive ride using taxi apps. He is friendly and provided suggestions to make our trip memorable!

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

Good clean and modern designed house. Kitchen and main living space is great. Would be smart to have prearranged transportation or have your own car. Side street can be a bit noisy with the amount of motorbikes zipping up and down it throughout the night.

The house looks exactly as the photos and is super nice. Really felt like home. Would recommend to all of you.

Benyada's house is like an oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle of the city, beautiful, clean spacious, we felt at home in it and if we still go to Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again

Everything was completely as expected. All the appliances worked, the rooms were clean and as stated in the description. I fell in love with the house everytime we came back to there. For people with a problem with some critters, please be aware that the house is ground level and some visitors are to be expected. We stayed for a longer period of time and Jojo offered that a cleaning crew come in too clean while we were staying there. Communication with Jojo was 12/10, we had an issue with the safe and he immediately reacted. We could not have wished for a better host. Will recommend to friends and will come again.

Mega house with a great pool. We had a really nice time. David was always very quick with communication and his team very helpful. You can relax there from the big city stress but also get to the center of Bangkok within a very short time. Take mosquito spray with you because the mosquitoes party in the evening by the pool 😂 and we were the buffet. So 10 out of 10, I would book again anytime.

We are very honored to have the opportunity to stay here, it has brought us many surprises! And great memories and good times. Just looking at the photos doesn't do justice to how great this place is! You should definitely stay and experience everything this place has to offer! Really enjoyed a week in this super functional little flat! Fantastic facilities in the building. Small grocery store and lots of street food nearby. MRT very close. Recommend!

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

Bowie’s place is my accommodation for my first Thailand trip, The location is pretty strategic, near BTS Krung Thon Buri, near ICONSIAM, handful selection of restaurants, and the view from the balcony was good. The place looks so much better than the pictures, clean and spacious, facilities provided by Bowie are also helpful. Definitely left a great impression 💚 10/10

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

Wonderful stay! Both hosts are very responsive, helpful and kind. Interior is very chic. Whenever we needed something, they were always there for us. Me and my partner has everything we needed. Big TV, amazing amenities. Everything is chic. Quiet. You can cook normal meals if you miss homemade food. Great value for money. Also close to the metro station. Multiple restaurants nearby, ordering food is also super easy. There are meeting rooms, working space, swimming pool, gym. Such a smooth stay. We enjoyed our 2 months here. Right from the beggining host let me feel like home.15 minutes from the Airport Met me in person and was super friendly and even took the time to walk around with me and show me the area. Host was always avaliable for me for any questions - regardless of the time. The place was super clean and right like the picture- had feat amenities like swimming pool and a great gym. the mall is litarly 7 minutes walking to 50+ restaurants and every shop you can think of. Even during the earthquake the facility made my feel super safe and had zero damages. when ever I'm in the area again - that's my place to be 100% - Highly highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Morita's Airbnb in Bangkok! The apartment was not only clean and spacious, but also had a warm and welcoming energy. The thoughtful touches, like the Dyson hair dryer, modern decor and the beautiful plants, made it feel like a true luxury home away from home. Morita was an incredible host, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and I loved the positive, clean, and refreshing atmosphere, thanks to the salt crystals and the plants. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating place in Bangkok!
