Beautiful appartement in very cosy neighborhood. very safe building with all amenities. The communication with Moran was great and smooth. Everything worked perfectly good. I enjoyed the fitness while my family were at the swimming pool. Absolutely recommended!!!!

The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. Highly recommended, the place is incredible, beautiful view, very functional kitchen, the bathroom is impeccable, excellent water pressure, Alicia is very attentive, always responds to you, make an inquiry at 23hs and responded to me at the moment, a data of the place has access from the parking lot to the apartment by elevator which makes the entrance super fast.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

We are very happy with the price, the communication, the cleanliness of the depa and the amenities and details of the same. Currently, there is another tower under construction together and unfortunately it is a lot of noise from 6:30 in the morning. The traffic of the avenue is also quite heard. Other than that, the place is highly recommended. We stayed my wife, daughter (9 years old) and I for two weeks. It is very small but exactly as described and it did serve us very well for the visit to our family who live in the area.
