It has air conditioning, balcony overlooking the pool, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a king size sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, WIFI and flat screen TV with Total Play.

Casa hubicada in a quiet and safe private coto. 45 minutes from the Malecón de Puerto Vallarta, 15 min. playa varadero, 40 a sayulita 20 min a bucerias 25 minutes to the airport of Puerto vallarta. 3 rooms with mini split, 3 full bathrooms, for 8 people, place to park 2 cars, wifi, mini split in the living room. Alberca closed on Mondays. we only ask you to bring your own shampoo and wash soap. and there is no washing machine service in the house. towels and linens are available.
