Vacation rentals with beach access in San Felipe

we loved the quiet and comfortable place. it has what you need to rest . the only bad thing is that there was trash that smelled super bad on one side of the pool was told to take care of the complex and just said that she hadn't gone through it. but once they finally took it was very nice .

There was a quick response and Daniel was clear with the instructions, Mr. Ezequiel was very helpful in welcoming us and took care that we were comfortable, Villa Marina is a very quiet place and with many things to do both for us and for our children, excellent to rest!!

We got the upstairs unit and it was clean and the air conditioning was awesome -- and necessary because it was over 100 degrees every day! Assigned parking space was nice, and a very short walk to the beach. You'll have to drive to wherever you're going in San Felipe, but it's easy to do. This is not a surfing or swimming beach - the water is incredibly shallow for hundreds of feet and the waves are rarely more than a foot or two high, but when the tide goes out you can see all the shells (we collected a few) and you can sit on the sand and drink a beer and relax. Bring a chair and even a tent canopy -- did I mention it was hot? In any case, Maritza's condo had a full kitchen and the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication/information from the host was great and the house was easy to find with the link provided. Very easy check in/out. The location is great—close to the beach, quiet + safe neighborhood, and a short drive to San Felipe for groceries and tacos. Many of the description photos are outdated but there was plenty space for our group of six.

Great house and private

Came in to race the San Felipe 250 and wanted a place that was peaceful and relaxing while not on the race course. This home was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. Sunrise from the rooftop was amazing. Would highly recommend booking this home

Lucy and her husband were great hosts, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was way more beautiful than it looked in the pictures and we loved how peaceful and private her house was, will for sure visit again.

This place is exactly as shown in the photos - right on a very quiet beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and just a short drive to town. Cesar was very easy to work with and worked really hard to solve a hot water issue we were having.

We loved our stay at Casa Mexicana. It was so peaceful and a short walk to the beach which we had basically to ourselves. The house is large with a great view of the ocean. Luis is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a step away from the party scene to the serenity of a beach vacation. It’s the perfect location less than 15 minutes to restaurants and downtown San Felipe. The community is gated and extremely safe.

the view from terrace was beautiful. the morning sun hit just right in the morning. Slept comfortably in the many beds. Felt like home comfortably but on vacation. I can't wait to do this again.

Very nice place, good prices

This is our 8th year staying at Andre’s listing. Liz and Eliza are amazing with communication and flexibility with check in and out times. The home is beautiful and we always feel at home rather it’s with the beach level or the second level. Thank you for everything
