Beautiful Tranquil Home: Gated and Convenient

The pictures and descriptions of John’s Airbnb do not do them justice. His home was very peaceful and cozy. It was in the perfect location, 10 minutes away from the main city. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains, and at night, you could see all the stars. I would love to stay here again. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We loved this stay. It was so peaceful at the house, with a gorgeous space outside to hot tub and watch the sunrise. It was great to be able to access the pool as well. The home was clean, the bathroom had so much space and was nice and new. What a peaceful and cozy spot.

El lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, fuimos 5 personas, 2 adultos y 3 niños, la litera ajusta perfecto para los 3 ya que la cama de abajo es matrimonial.El baño es muy bien. Tiene aire acondicionado, solo que al que le toque dormir en la litera, en la de arriba, sufrirá calor, mi hijo tuvo que dormir en el sillón ya que se sentía caliente el techo y este irradiaba calor. Los que duermen abajo, duermen perfecto y frescos. Hay cafetera para cápsulas, si te las acabas y pides mas, Phil te das. Hay microondas. Un mini refri, te cabe un 24 y unas pocas cosas mas. Hay tv con fire stick e internet. El internet es buen en de la casa, afuera de la casa se pierde un poco la señal. Hay asador, es pequeño pero una carne asada común sale perfecto. Hay mesa afuera de la casa y sillas. La alberca, bastante agradable y limpia, la disfrutamos, solo que si da un poco de pena ya que no es 100% privada, esta aun lado de la casa de Phil. La playa esta rocosa, recomiendo watershoes para disfrutar

A charming Mexican style hacienda lovingly decorated in the local style by the host's Mom. If you want a truly authentic Mexican experience this is for you! What we loved best: 1. Incredible location right on the sand. Shallow, safe, clean beach, great for swimming. Mostly local families, no crowds. We felt safe at all times. 2. House has all creature comforts: comfy beds, clean linens/towels, toiletries, pretty talavera dishes, spices. We left only for dinner, town is only 5-7 min drive north 3. Host was responsive the whole time and had great local tips. Things to note: The upstairs 3 bedrooms share one (master) bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has another full bath plus the included casita is very handy with its own second kitchenette and bathroom. Thank you for a beautiful, relaxing stay David!

Alice's house was a perfect location for a weekend getaway with motorcycles and a bunch of friends. The property was enclosed with a gate so our vehicles were safe. There was an awesome rooftop patio where we could hang out in the evenings and watch the sun go down. The house was simple but had all the comforts and amenities we needed. The air conditioners worked great and we were nice and cozy the whole time. Would definitely stay here again

Muy agradable la estadía, es exactamente como se muestra en la descripción. Destaco lo sencillo que fue acceder, la comodidad del sofá, lo espacioso de la cochera, y sobre todo la locación, está cerca de todo. Sobre el host Robert, muy atento, amable y proactivo.

nos encantó el lugar tranquilo y cómodo . tiene lo necesario para descansar . lo único malo es que había basura que olía super mal a un lado de la alberca se le dijo al que cuida el complejo y solo dijo que no había. pasado por ella. pero una vez que por fin se la llevaron fue muy agradable .

I had a great stay at this place. It’s very private and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We experienced a power outage at night, but the host was extremely helpful and promptly arranged for us to move to a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat. Este lugar es genial,súper privado y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Tuvimos un corte de luz en la noche, pero el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos llevó a un hotel de inmediato. Lo recomiendo mucho si buscas un lugar para desconectar.

Amazing condo with private beach right at your footsteps , beautiful beach front. Squeaky clean , a lot of bath towels , toilet papers , soap etc . Super safe , lots of secure street parking . 10 minute drive to San felipe malecón. Will definitely stay here again , we fell in love with this place .

Excelente, la vista al mar que ofrece el balcón del departamento increíble . Súper cerca del mar, se siente muy privado pasar el día en la playa. Prácticamente era de nosotros . Un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor. Tal cual como lo describe . Sin duda, algún otro día regresaré con mi familia .
