Outside of San Felipe in the desert you will find communities nestled by the sea and mountains with stunning views of both. At Playa de Oro on the Sea side of the highway you will have the best of the best. A 10 minute walk to the beach out our front door and you can walk for miles in either direction, enjoying the dramatic tides that can go out for a quarter mile at low tide. Enjoy a pool side cocktail at one of San Felipes finest restaurants , La Vaquita and breathe in the refreshing air.

Gorgeous very spacious 3 bedroom home with 5 beds , huge kitchen complete with everything you need to make you vacation memorable. Living room and dining are very spacious as well. AC throughout the house , Dish tv and a foosball table. 2 car garage , 2 baths up stairs patio for BBQ's and a gorgeous view of the sea of cortez. This gated community has all the amenities a Beach Resort can offer , golf course , 2 restaurants , tennis and pickle ball courts as well as 24 hour security.

This spacious and serene condo located in the secure, gated community of Las Palmas on the south side of San Felipe is just steps to the beach and warm Sea of Cortez water. Offering a small patio to enjoy a glass of wine and the view, charcoal grill, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom - you won't want for anything.
