It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned and filled with amenities! Great location. Walking distance to eateries, bank, drug store, grocery. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

Our home is half a block away from Magnolia Boulevard, a commercial corridor filled with cafes, vintage clothing boutiques and antique stores. We are located within 3 miles of Disney, Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios. We are also half a block off of the Chandler Bike Path. Our space is great for studio professionals, tourists, and weekend visitors.
